Why aren't white males infatuated with us black men like white females are?

White males stare at me and kind of flirt with no strings attached and randomly to but that's as far as they seem to what to take it as when I try to be more direct, they act as nothing ever happened. They're women are so different and very aggressive and flirtatious and want to go to that next level. Why aren't the males of the white community the same?
