Are government union teachers willfully failing to educate our kids?

There are many problems,one is that there are prodigy's and slower students.How to teach both in the same cl is time consuming.There are cles for slower ones but most schools still teach the same way.We need to learn from other countries how they teach and apply them here,till then we lag behind.
