In general what is "Tempo di Menuetto" on a metronome?

I'm learning to play Beethoven's Sonatina Op. 49 No.2 and the second movement is marked "tempo di menuetto," I'm not familiar with this speed? What would be the appropriate tempo for this piece? can't find info on google and I'm in between piano teachers. thanks!
