I'm sleeping with a virgin. How do I "coach" him?

Lately, I've been dating this guy who's a virgin. Well... he was a virgin. Now because of me, he's no longer a virgin. But before he met me, he was a 21 year old guy who not only has never had , but has never had a girlfriend and has never been kissed period. He's never even watched . It's not like he's fat and ugly. He's very y and handsome. It's because he use to be very religious and focused on his academics and athletics. What changed his outlook on life was the death of a parent a year ago. He's realized that he hasn't experienced what most 21 year old guys have done. He's realized that he's young and needs to go out more and have fun and not take things so seriously. He always describe himself as someone he would not have like five years ago so he's done a complete 180. And I feel great being a part of this process. Having with him is great too, but only when I'm in control. When I try to have him take control, he kinda freaks out and doesn't know what to do. I try to, for lack of a better word, "coach" him by telling him to clear his mind, to not think so much and just do it. Otherwise, I don't know what else to tell him. It's not that I don't like being in control, but it would be nice if he could be more dominating sometimes. What should I do? Or what should he do?
