What time is the Kentucky Derby airing?

I live in Washington State and I know they are showing the derby on NBC but I can never remember the stupid timezone guidelines. NBC says that coverage begins at 4 ET but I think I'm PT so does that mean my derby coverage starts at 1? I know this is a stupid question to some people but I always get it confused and don't want to miss the derby! Thanks for your help
