I think that you are the only person who can truly interpret your dream, but if it were mine, I would think of it this way. Maybe you are trying to hide something from your mother, you are probably going through a very rough period in your life, and your mother does not know anything about it. That probably explains the falling,because it is your downfall. She acts normally completely ignoring the danger around her, that is why she is in the car,she could probably see it if she tried.
