Are these symptoms of something serious?

farting a lot lately, very pulsating heartbeat, pain in neck feels as tho i pulled a muscle and the pain goes to the right back shoulder blade, and also slight discomfort on right side of belly on. Can you help me out with this is does this mean anything serious?( also NO dark or smelly urine, nothing wrong with bowel movements, and no yellow eyes or skin)
