Teething already??

Grayden and Bryant are 11 weeks old. is it possible that they could start teething? they are still so young! but the last couple of days Bryant has been slobbering and fussy. he is never fussy. he has also been gaging on his pacifier. i remember my daughter doing this when she was teething and she would chew on her paci and gag on her tounge. but i didnt realize they could start teething so soon. could this be something else? when did your baby start teething?
