Hemming and inseam question..?

I have found the cutest pair of jeans on alloy but the inseam is 2 inches too long. The hem is very detailed and I do not want to lose that since I need them shortened, can places hem jeans while still keeping the original hem detail? (These jeans have a destroyed look).
