Does love scare you?

I have been really hurt in the past, and its been recent. there was lying, cheating, emotional abuse, deception, "kidnapping" by my soon to be ex wife and her family of my son. not so much kidnapping, as is one day i came home from work to find out she left and took our son,. and both her parents and her said i couldnt see him. this went on for about 2 months. besides all mentioned above there was more she did as well. so anyway, im deathly afraid of love. well... more of the feeling of love. i dont want to feel so deeply for someone again and be hurt so bad again. so, what about you, are you afraid of love, and what it can do to you. i know there is happiness with it as well, but too many times there is heartache.
