Merril lynch worth after buyout from bofa?

I own Ml bought it at 19 bofa said they will buy them for 29$ a share- if I hold Mer until the final buyout will I get 29$ a share for it or will it depend on B of A's stock price at that time- I'm not sure weather to hold it or wait now mer is selling at 26.50 Thanks for your time
