If you were Memphis would you trade Pau Gasol for Tyrus Thomas straight up?

I think it's too early to call Thomas a bust like so many have said. Thomas was drafted based solely on potential after one year in college, and wasn't expected to make a big splash right away. That being said, there is a chance that he won't pan out, like Kwame Brown, and as Gasol is a proven player, such a trade wouldn't be wise.
