Can I petition my alien parents to come & work in US even if I'm living & working outside the country?

This is a good question. However I have dealt with immigration and have done a lot of research. As far as you petitioning for them to work...if you own your own business it might be possible. Otherwise you will have to find a business willing to petition on their behalf. As far as you petitioning for them to come over because they are family might prove to be difficult if you are out of country. The best way to find answers to your questions is look for a local USCIS office and schedule an appointment to talk to someone there. I have done that on several occasions while I was petitioning for my wife and found that they were knowledgable and answered all of my questions quickly.
